The Turning Point Performance Management National Excellence Collaborative's collection of performance management tools and resources is now available as a searchable online database that is frequently updated by the Public Health Foundation. The toolkit provides users with sample documents, assessment tools, job descriptions, standards and measures, strategic plans, and reports to assist state health agencies and others in implementing the PMC model of performance management.
